Is YHS prepared to operate as an integrated healthcare agency?
YHS is recognized as a fully operational “Integrated Practice” through the CCNC/Practice Transformation Network (PTN) assessment process.  Our EHR is approved through the NC HIEA.

How does YHS measure outcomes?
YHS utilizes Feedback Informed Treatment to measure clinical outcomes.  (See insert)
Satisfaction surveys are administered routinely with clients, stakeholders and employees.  
Annual strategic plan goals are reviewed quarterly for assessment of gaps and progress towards goals.

Is Youth Haven part of a larger organization?
Youth Haven Services is a division of Seaside Healthcare.  Seaside Healthcare is a leader in providing mental health services for not only North Carolina, but also Louisiana and Georgia.  Seaside owns several other well established providers in NC including Pride in NC and Turning Point Family Services.
