  Medication Management services are available at all of our locations. We provide services to children, adolescents and adults. A prescribing Medical Professional provides our Medication Management services. Persons requesting medication management are scheduled to see a prescribing Medical Professional in the first time slot available.
  
  During the initial appointment, the prescribing Medical Professional completes an evaluation to determine if medication is necessary. The evaluation will include questions such as: review of any current and past medications, history of substance abuse, dietary needs and restrictions, past adverse reactions to medication or side effects, allergies or other pertinent information. If he/she feels that medication is an appropriate course of treatment, a prescription is given and a follow-up appointment is scheduled. If we are unable to provide services as requested, a referral will be given to another community-based provider in the area.
